So today, Apple have started inviting the media to an event on the 2nd March. Judging by the graphics on the invite, showing the corner of an iPad, this event will focus primarily on the new iPad.
It could also be an opportunity to announce or release iOS 4.3 which includes new multi-touch gestures for the iPad to replace the home button.

This is all speculation for now, as it always is with Apple. So we'll just have to wait a little over a week for confirmation.
