I myself am a student, and was truly ashamed to see the serious disrespect to our police force and heritage. So I believe I must apologise on behalf of the lesser intelligent students who believe that this behaviour is acceptable or even commendable.
I would also like to congratulate the police on their efforts today, and their bravery in dealing with some very vicious people. I also hope that all police officers who were injured today will make a quick and full recovery.
